Yesterday I got a new tattoo. Was it ok to jump rope today?
I kept it covered and only did jump rope for about an hour. I rubbed A&D ointment on it. The tattoo is located on my outer calve. I got a shower, dried the area off. Applied more ointment and wrapped seram wrap around it.
That is totally fine – you just want to avoid sweating too much with a new tattoo.
