Are you supposed to wear hand wraps with MMA gloves (NOT BOXING GLOVES!)?
I started a workout regime, and hate doing cardio on a treadmill. I have opted to do interval training with kick boxing on a heavy bag. I bought MMA gloves instead of Boxing gloves. My left hand was fine, but my right middle knuckle scrapped up a lot and hurt. You can see the raw skin. Am I supposed to wear hand wraps with mma gloves?
