Thai heavy bags set up?
I heard that the best thai heavy bags are made by Fairtex(http://www.combatsports.com/detail.aspx?ID=23403 because of their vinyl straps substituted for chains) but i dont know how to go about hanging one.
-The garage isnt an option, there is no space.
-I was thinking about hanging it upstairs along a beam that runs across the ceiling, but i dont know if that’s the right place to install it. Where and how would i hang it?
a beam would be perfect duders. it’s there for stress.
