Any recommendations on what products to use to seal edges of vinyl tile?
Basically, I applied stick on vinyl tyle on a plywood surface, but you can still see that it will be a problem when mopped since water will get through some of the gaps and edges in between tiles, therefore going through the plywood. Can anyone suggest some type of product to use to apply throughout the edges? l would preffer something that is transparent. Would a very good heavy duty glue work?
Use a CLEAR silacone(sp) caulk. Pics up a tube from any of your local hardware stores. Many dont even need a caulking gun now. Apply inside the seams and wipe the excess off. Give it a good cpl of hours before walking around on it just for good measure.
