Why do some people think that flying the Union Jack in Britain is racist?
I’m not even English/Scottish/Welsh/Northern Irish, and I don’t see anything wrong with flying the Union Jack here. I live in Britain, and the Union Jack is only our flag, for God’s sake.
Political correctness
Britain is no longer British no matter how you like to object to that one. The situation is we have been invaded by large masses off different cultures. We cant even complain to right our wrongs or it would seem for us to be racist.
The British flag represents the once Great Empire, it leaves a bitter taste to most nations of shame being under British rule!
I know in Scotland (if your not English) the flag represents unfair union. Also when other countries see the flag they say its English anyway!!
Americans see it to war of independence!
Naive people can see it the sole responsibility to slavery even tho a lot of tribes soled enemy tribes to the slave ships!
Now that Britain has been invaded and slowly rotting from the inside.
We the local people are not aloud to have, keep, rule or fight for what’s ours anymore. I have seen it and it makes me sad! Not even sure what to call this country anymore cos we are hassled and made to feel guilty for being natives!
Maybe our flag will be changed to a Eastern European/Asian mix!!
