Can you do endurance training after you do speed training?
I know you shouldn’t do endurance before speed training, but can you do endurance after the speed training?
its porbably not the best idea
because after doing sprints your body
uses all the ATP-pc in your system.
even though endurance uses your lactic acid
system your muscles still need time to
repair.
you can if you really wanted to, but probably not ideal.
