Is any companies in U.S to employ operator of Heavy Duty Equipments include training?
Before the housing/construction crash three years ago – yes, many did.
Now that many construction companies have gone out of business, and construction/new starts is at a low, there is a great excess of qualified operators and a lack of jobs.
Best chance is if there is a huge new long term contract that will take several years to complete opens up – the company winning that bid will probably hire some inexperienced workers to start out driving dump trucks and such because they will not have those workers available to put on the job – downside is that there will be hundreds of applicants – many already qualified. If your timing and luck runs right, there is a slight chance at obtaining one of those jobs. Keep an eye out for new bids on large long term projects.
I worked for one of the largest Caterpillar dealers, contracted in house, hauling equipment for 11 years – had to sell all my equipment and fold up three years ago . . . nothing happening.
