Any ideas for keeping up my muay thai training while temporarily in a wheelchair?

I have two ankle sprains, one fairly serious, and have been told by the doctors that I have to stay off my feet for at least a few weeks. Its making me a bit nuts to not be able to train, and I know I am getting out of shape just sitting around. I can’t get to the gym, or leave my house at all, but I do have a universal and dumbells here. Does anybody have some ideas for keeping my technique sharp and cardio up?

here’s an idea..let your body rest and recooperate..dont do anything stupid like shadow boxing in your wheel chair that’s just rediculous..and will teach bad habits..if you want to workotu though just do upper body lifts arm and shoulders..most of your power comes from legs torso and shulders anyways
