
Whats the different between health related fitness and sport related fitness?
They seem to be similar in a way but i cant find the main difference. the word fitness is very vague for me because it has too many meanings
health related fitness focuses on a person’s general well-being, so just think of stuff that keeps you healthy.
sports related fitness also focuses on the person’s well-being/health, but i think it puts a little more emphasis on the physical performance [maybe at a particular sport] and the factors that affect it.
