How do I clean my shin guards?
My shin guards are a little stinky. I cleaned the plastic part, but I don’t know how to clean the ankle guards. They have some type of hard material inside and I don’t know if hand washing it with soap and water will mess it up. How can I clean the ankle guard part without messing it up?
Ive played soccer since I was 4 and ever since then I have always just put them through the washing machine.
If your not down, then I would say soak them in hot soapy water, then leave them out to dry. Soaking them will not mess up the hard material, it is meant to get wet (i.e. rainy soccer games).
