How to form an Inc or LLC in the U.S?
I’m from Europe living and working in the U.K and I want to create a small company in the USA.
Can I do that from here? I’ve heard it’s easy to set up an Inc or LLC. The thing I want to really know is if I do that will I be able to move to the US stay and work there in my company? What kind of visa will I want?
