Rope Gloves
Good Boxing training routine for a 15 year old?

I already go to a Boxing club, but I want to do some extra stuff at home.

I have a big punch bag, a jump rope, gloves (mits), and some old weights.

What training routine can I do with this stuff? It should consist of the obvious stuff like strength, speed, cardio, etc. Please help :)
@Rocker: Lol dude that’s more like a warm up to me :P And of course I have to push myself, that’s what Boxing is all about.

For power and speed hit the heavy bag with some weighted gloves. For endurance jump rope for about 15 minutes 5 days a week. Shadow box. And lift weights a little bit not too much because lifting weights is said to slow your punches down. Good Luck.
