How to change the channel without the comcast remote?
i have comcast and a little comcast box with no buttons on it just 2 lights.
and my kids keep losing the remote then i cant change the channel is there any other way i can change the channel
Call Comcast and report it. They will talk with the makers if they receive enough complaints and change it back to the way it was on earlier boxes.
