Can you break your wrist/hand on a heavy punch bag please answer.?
Hi im 14 and i have a heavy punch bag it is very heavy and tough when i get it swinging if i stand still and let it hit me its impossible not to move my feet , basicaly its heavy thats all you need to know. It’s very complicated and i seriously hope this question does not get removed but i need to break a bone be it wrist hand or whatever i dont expect you to tell me excatly how to do it on a punchbag although i would be very greatful and give you best answer i know you might not want to do that. The reason i need to break it is complex but just know its a lesser evil for the greater good its not to aviod a game or a test or miss school its for my well beeing and the well beeing of others but breaking it or fracturing it i am acualy avioding violence just trust me please
so please say if it is possible to break a wrist if the heavy bag is coming at me and i catch it at the right angle
