Is it possible to break you’re hand while punching a punching bag whilst wearing gloves?
I nearly broke my hand..Was I punching wrong or something? And yes I was wearing gloves..Or maby I just got a hard punch?
Yes, it is possible to break your hand wearing gloves and with wraps while hitting a bag.
If your hand is not in a tight fist you can break your hand very easily.
I imagine you were holding your hand wrong since there are many professionals who have a much harder punch and do not break their hands.
