How did I get pink eye?
I wear focus night and days, the contacts you leave in while you sleep.
I woke up about 3 nights ago and my contact had fallen out during sleep. I put another contact in and instantly is was painful. It took about 15 minutes to get it in, and it was very uncomfortable. My eye was hurting for a while and I decided to just take it out. I put it back in later just to see but the pain was unbearable. My eye was beat red and I couldn’t look at lights without feeling pain.
I want to know if this is due to the contact, or is it because of pink eye? I’ve had the contact out for the past 18 hours and the eye is fine now, no pain, just a little red still.
Do I have pink eye and if yes how did I get it?
Pink eye is highly contagious so you could get it from any where.
The are viral and bacteria forms of pink eye. Certain types of untreated pink eye has the potential to create blindness.
I do not believe you have pink eye. Pink eye will produce so much mucus, your eye swells shut, and you know something is seriously wrong. Furthermore, I have had pink eye three times and have known countless people with pink eye and all of us had to get prescription eye drops to cure it.
One sure tell tell sign of pink eye is if you see any blood vessel rupturing, get to a doctor immediately!
