Does anyone know of a surface protector for a white Mac-top?
Yes, that was a poor attempt at an abbreviation for a Macintosh laptop.
Anyway, I bought this one refurbished on Mac’s website. It’s really great and I’m glad I made the purchase. The only problem is that I rest my hands when I type, and light wrist-prints are starting to appear on either side of the track pad.

I believe the “Mactop” is most commonly called the “Macbook”.
