Question about kickboxing (jab and hook) in gym?
Whenever I do either, I always hit my knuckles against the pads and it presses my fingers down, making them hurt. Am I punching wrong? Could you maybe explain to me what angles I should punch at, or how to make it not hurt.
Form what i know thats kinda how it is suppose to go ..idk try this
