if you want to use a commercial one from shops then boil it for few seconds then put it in your mouth .. but the fiitting won’t be good at all after time.
what you need to do is visit a dentist and tell him i want a sports guard. he will take an impression for the shape of your jaw and teeth then he will send it to the dental lab where dental technicans will design it for you. so you will get 100% good fit
