What kind of sports mouth piece should i get?
I have had trouble with mouth pieces alot so i need one that doesn’t bulge up my mouth and allows me to yell at my team when they fall asleep. Not wearing a mouth piece is not an option because Im a goal keeper and get hit in the face about 2 times a game. Links would be appreciated.
I usually find the best mouthguards are the custom ones you have to order online. They are a lot pricier than shock doctor, but you get a lot more, like clarity when you talk and ease of fit. Try Protech….
