Which is a better Mouth Guard for MMA?
I know that customs are better but as far as I know, there are no custom mouth guard companies that make doubles, and I really need one to protect my lower teeth. I won’t go into detail so if anyone has experience with either the Brain Pad Pro Plus or the Shock Doctor Power Double and can give me their opinion over which is the better that would be great. I prefer the shock doctor if you decide not to go custom. What ever you do, don’t take the cheap route on this piece of equipment. It sounds like you have done your homework and your looking at two great companies. Make sure you buy it well before your fight in order to adjust. Good luck!
