Boxing advice please!?
If I want to train my power punches at home, should I get an unfilled punch bag, fill it with sand and use that or should I get a large maize bag/ball?
I have never used a maize bag, are they more for accuracy and footwork, do they move around a lot? Your opinion and advice appreciated.
Get the heavyest bag you can find and practice hit in it well not hard, land those punches solid, also tryed ading some push ups in youre training the are called dimond push ups, put youre hand togheter and with youre hands make a damon shape do arround 100 puch ups by sets of 10 or 20 do them every other day yoy will se results fast trust me
