why does my puppy rub her foot on my leg/feet?
My 4 month old puppy started doing this a couple weeks ago. I would be sitting at my computer or standing in the kitchen and then she would walk up to me, turn around, and then start stepping on my foot with her back foot continuously. Sometimes, she uses her whole back leg to rub up against my foot. what does that mean? why is she doing that? it’s the strangest thing!
my dog does that too since she was a pup. the vet told me it was to get her scent on me and let all other animals know that i am hers and no one elses. i think its really cute…now i have a yorkie, but if yours is a great dane i can see how it could be annoying!
