Muay thai Shin Conditioning?

Is there a way too “condition” your shins as so they are stronger and if with kicking bags which material leather, vinyl, metal? lol I dont know

You just have to keep kicking the bag and eventually your shin will get stronger. You should start kicking it lightly until your shins get a little bruised and then stop and then kick harder to get the same bruising until you can kick the bag at full strength. You can also kick your partner’s shins or legs with shin guards on. Metal kicking bags? Just buy a Everlast one or any other punching bag. My instructor told us to knock on our shins lightly with a stick to condition it also.
