Do any adults use childrens or kids perm kits?
I have been trying to not perm my hair I am going on a year without a perm. This is driving me nuts! I am wondering if a kids perm would do less damage to my hair or do nothing at all. Does anybody use kids or children perms?
i don’t but i have heard of people doing this because it is suppose to be less abrasive to adult hair.. try it..
