Kicking Punching
Will simply just punching/kicking the air regularly make me physically faster at punching/kicking ?

I need to build my speed, I’m Black Belt in Karate and I always come first in the tournaments, however I feel the need to increase me speed, I want to increase it to Bruce Lee type of level, will simply punching/kicking the air regularly ( with good form of course ) make me physically faster ? I’m willing to do it everday for as long as required if that’s the case. If not then what do I need to do ?

Yes I will but you need resistance add weights to your hands and legs and then punch
And kick your heart out they sell them at your local super mart
