The boxing/ kickboxing fight stance hurts my back what to do?
Im training in kung fu/ boxing and kickboxing. im pretty good at my fighting my stamina strength and flexibility is good but when im in stance my begins to hurt. i always stretch out and warm up all my muscles before getting into the game any advice on wut to do about this would be great. im also 6’1 and weigh 250 lbs… i used to be 350
Obviously the answer would be to adjust your stance. Obesity take a serious toll on the body. Give yourself credit for losing all that weight but consider how long you carried an extra 100 pounds around. The suggestion to see a chiropractor is probably a good one. Massage can help too. Discuss this with your sensei or coach.
