The European Union, Euro, And Greece As Related To Forex Day Trading System
Forex day trading system has been quite volatile lately as a result of the sovereign debt crises currently unfolding in Greece . Many fear that this crisis in Greece is going to spread to other EU countries that are deep in debt such as Spain, Portugal and Italy . As a result of what has happened , against the US Dollar the Euro currency has dropped about 11% . A few questions should be asked when taking a look at the situation: Is the Euro sell off complete and is the strength in the US Dollar because of the United States strong fundamentals or the Euro’s weakness? The reason these are important questions is because the answer to the second one will greatly impact how we answer the first .
My take is that the US Dollar currently is benefiting due to the Euro weakness and only that weakness. The US consumer spending driven economy has only picked up steam because of the Federal Reserve has left rates at near 0% for quite some time now . When there is a forced raising of rates, what will happen ? Will the US economy be able to withstand that kind of head-wind ? Probably not . Also, it is important to keep in mind that consumers are spending more right now because many consumers are simply walking away from other payments, such as mortgage, auto, and credit card payments. This allows consumers to have more income than usual and so they can spend more money on things like eating out, shopping for clothes, and buying Apples new i-pad . Here goes the punch drunk consumers again . In the last boom inflated by the Federal Reserve it was not sustainable and it will not be sustainable this time . The only options for the US Dollar in the next few years are default or inflation and those two things can only mean disaster for the Greenback .
When doing forex day trading system the goal is to make some money. We have no biases. We want a profit from the foresight we have. So the answer to the second question is that the Euro will hit bottom sometime because it’s over sold . 1.2300-2400 is probably where it will be . Really , do you think Germany, the third largest economy in the world , will let its currency fail ? Probably not. More than likely they won’t. And that is precisely why they are not jumping at the opportunity to print more Euros and bailout Greece . Due to the problems in Greece the Euro will become a currency that is more sound . Investors around the world will know that there is safety in the Euro because when there is trouble they take the short term loss in order to preserve long term health . Thus , their economy may be having problems, but their unit of money will end up being better. The situation in the US of A is exactly the opposite . Short term problems are being solved by printing more money, but this only causes a problem with the long term health of our money and economy .
After looking at all that , we are getting close to a point where the Euro will be a massive bargain that you need to jump on as you do your own forex day trading system. Not just for the previously mentioned reasons, but you also need only look at market psychology . Professionals buy when there is a free fall in the market and the average person hears about the crisis and comes in to short the move that has occurred already . This pattern has happened many, many times , and this will continue to occur as long as human physiology includes limbic systems.
