what kind of heavy bag should i get: hanging or standing?
p.s i train in muay thai so ill be punching/kicking/kneeing/elbowing etc =)
should i get a standing one or one that hangs? right now i have one thats hanging from the ceiling but its really light and its bringing the house down so im planning to get a new one.
should i get the one that has a stand and its hanged down. or the one that you fill with water and it stands. which one should i get? people said hanging is better because the bag will sway so…i dont know. what would you guys say
