
What is the best way to stay focus on exercising?
The longest I have gone exercising without distracting myself was two weeks but it was a gym trial.
And now I just lose my focus on trying to be fitter/healthy and I always make up some lame excuses to not do it.
Any advices??
One word… Accountability.
There are many ways to accomplish becoming accountable. Keep a journal and remind yourself how important your health is to you and your family. You can work out with a friend or family member and keep each other on track. Maintain a log of your exercise and fill it our daily. Keep a reminder of your goals pinned on the fridge. In other words, think of ways to make exercise as routine as brushing your teeth.
