Can anyone help me find the court case where the governor decided he would keep the guard home?
There was a federal case involving whether the governor has the right to decide whether his states guard units will remain in his state regardless what the defense dept. wishes! His guard units were sent into central America and some of them were shot chasing drug dealers. Was it a CA. guard unit? This will definitely put a crimp in georges plans to attack Iran! What was the courts decision?
