my son needs some bag gloves and sparring gloves, he is 9 yrs old can you tell me what size bag gloves to get?
and what weight for the sparring gloves, thanks
Get your son a pair of 8 to 10 ounce gloves depending on the size of his hand, he is a beginner so you will need him in a bigger glove to better help protect. Also get him some hand raps this will help prevent any damage being done to the hands as well as the wrists while sparring.
