what size gloves should i use when hitting a heavy bag?
i have a 75lb heavy bag im 5″9 and 170lb what size gloves should i get?should i wear hand wraps under the gloves?starting to train in muay thai
If you’re starting to train… talk to your coach about what size glove you need. They’ll be able to fit you properly… and yes, wrap your hands and wrists or you can hurt yourself. Get yourself properly fitted for gloves. Don’t just let somebody’s answer on here make you go buy something.
