What MMA gear should I get?
I am looking to get into MMA but I don’t know what gear I need. Also what brands should I be looking at? How much should I pay for each item? Anywhere in Ottawa I can get it?
Don’t know if it helps but I am 18, 6.0 feet tall and weigh 150lbs. What sizes should I get?

A bag – preferably a Muay Thai bag – will get you going.
