Oh yeah put in mind that I plan on using these gloves for … bag /pad work , sparring and everything else , and know I don’t actually plan on fighting professional !

I would get the second one because it has the Velcro closure which makes it convenient for getting them on and off especially when training by yourself. Traditional gloves that tie are a pain especially when there is nobody to tie them. I would also pay particular attention to what weight or how many ounces the glove is. A normal fight glove is only eight or ten ounces depending on the weight division you fight in. There is a huge difference between that and say a fourteen or sixteen ounce training glove. If you are going to use these for sparring I would get nothing less than a that and if you are a bigger fighter in a heavier weight class and sparring you will be rocking your sparring buddies with a ten or twelve ounce glove a lot. All my guys spare with a sixteen or eighteen ounce glove and this helps keep the facial injuries down and knockouts from happening very easily. It is a little harder to get a feel for the way you are hitting the bag with a heavier glove and they don’t make a great popping sound. That does not sound like a big deal but actually you listen as well as feel how you are connecting with the bag to help tell you what you are doing right or wrong when hitting it or hand pads. That is one of the reasons why you have bag gloves which are usually only about eight ounces that are much like fight gloves. A bag glove will have a little extra room on the inside to accommodate hands that are wrapped with hand-wraps.
