Empty Training
Is it bad to a heavy weight training routine in the morning on an empty stomach?I have the energy…?

also i have a big meal after. does it matter if you lift weights and do cardio on an empty stomach?
am i losing muscle mass doing this
or should i at least have a glass of orange juice

You have to think, when you wake up in the morning your body is pretty much starved since you have been at least 8 hours without food. So you have the results you want, eat a bowl of oatmeal and have a protein shake before you workout. The carbs will give you plenty of energy and the shake will give your muscles the fuel they need to GROW!
