What kind of clothes do punks wear?
I’m 15.
I found my true calling to be a punk rocker.
I don’t know what kind of clothes to wear as a punk.
List them please. I want to wear black and red.

Optional: chains and stuff.
Punk is a protest not a fashion statement. There is so much more to punk then just having a mohawk and wearing handmade clothes. They dressed like they did for a reason and listened to bands that actually had a message about the fucked up government and society we have. Now kids just dress up for the fashion to look tough and have no clue why the Original punks did what they did.
Punks did all DIY. Get secondhand stuff and add yourself personal touch to it. Make something completely hand made. Make your own patches. Write your own messages or band names on a shirt with a sharpie. That’s what punks do. They don’t go out and support big businesses and give them money to dress like everybody else. But there are also anti-fashion punks. They believe punk should be defined by the music of ideas. They dress plain. Like jeans and a plain shirt.
