Look up – Glamorise Magic Lift Posture Bra. I’ve not tired it.
Other things I can recommend, when you are sitting around the house, take a clothes hanger and stick in under your shirt with the long edge across your back on your shoulders so an upside down hanger)
Other times, imagine on your chest you are carrying a cup of hot tea and you don’t want it to spill, so you have to keep your chest level, like a tray. Pull your shoulder blades together, squaring your shoulders. The more you think about it and practice it, the easier it will become.
