Question referring to Boxing headgear.?
I like boxing, and UFC type fighting. My only problem is my nose bone is slightly bigger then normal. I’ve already broken it once in a UFC type fight without headgear. I don’t plan on making it career. Just a sort of hobby with friends. Do I need to buy a specific headgear piece? Or will any of them work? I want to have fun but I want to be safe at the same time for me and my friends.
I’m most concerned because my hospital bill was $4000. Damaged the inside of my nose, making it incapable of breathing through one nostril. It also looked ugly on the outside xD.
16oz gloves if you want fun no headgear xD, trust me punches dont hurt as much unless your scared of getting hit tuck in your chin at all times although for beginners its very difficult
if you want protection to work on technique buy headgear with the bar protector
