Boxing Gripper
exercise experts could I have a moment of your time please?

I just created a new training program, but I’d like your opinion.

100 6.5 kg dumb-bell reps (standing curl)
100 situps (curl)
100 press-ups
100 wrist gripper squeezes
100 2.5 kg dumb-bell shoulder lifts

45 minutes jogging four days a week

plus some kick-boxing too.

Whaddya think? Too little? Too much?
lol i don’t sleep much. And I can handle it.

Way too many reps and not nearly enough weight. Jogging is not very good for burning the most calories, neither is kickboxing. Neither jogging or kickboxing will build much strength either.

You should do no more than 10 reps in any given set. And if you are doing sets of 10 reps, no more than 3 sets. That means the weight should go up so that you can do ONLY 10 reps in any given set. Fewer reps is good as well. If you are doing between 2-5 reps, you can do 6 sets. Sprint instead of jog. You won’t waste as much time and it boosts your metabolism and keeps your body in calorie burning mode ALL DAY.
