What else are good fillers for a heavy bag?
I just got a heavy-bag that was already 3/4 filled w/ sawdust. Where can I buy more sawdust or can i just mix something else in like sand? Also each time I punch it hard, sawdust comes out the seams. Should I duct tape the seams or empty the bag and use an inner liner?
Its been awhile since I’ve had a heavy bag, but what I used to do is fill it with old clothes, rags, etc. Makes it easier on your hands too.
