what should i look for when looking for mma grappling gloves?

what should i look for? should they be open palm, and r thumb sleeves bad? etc. are these a good pair of grappling gloves?

something thats good for sparing so….be abke ti grip ur hands and a few inchs on the glove so u dont ko ur partner lol..
